Presidents Place Quincy consists of 349,146 square feet in the North and South Towers. The fully customizable offices provide breathtaking views in all directions from the upper floors. There is structured parking for 1,100 vehicles. Currently the following office space is available:

The retail at Presidents Place Quincy is part of a new Quincy that blends modern with historic. The downtown combines shopping, dining, education, and luxury living. Presidents Place Quincy is a destination unmatched in Greater Boston. The retail space is being redesigned to open to Hancock Street and Adams Green. It is directly across from the Quincy Center MBTA Station and offers visitors abundant on-site parking. The National Park Service, located at the entrance to the retail level, attracts 400,000 tourists annually.
President’s Place’s medical office tenants provide the community with primary care, and a wide range of medical and surgical specialty care. HVMA has relationships with leading academic and community hospitals throughout the region including: Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital - Milton, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, South Shore Hospital, and Boston Children’s Hospital.
Presidents Place Quincy is the headquarters campus of Quincy College. Their classrooms, administrative and executive offices are on six floors of the urban mixed-use center.
